Lin holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She brings to Varga Lawyers a wealth of knowledge and experience in advising individuals and small business owners across a variety of industries. Her practice spans civil and commercial litigation, Wills and Estates, commercial law, joint venture disputes, loans, and mortgages.

Beyond her client work, Lin is actively engaged in the legal community. She has contributed as a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Young Lawyers Committees—serving on the Professional Development Committee in 2024 and the Community Issues Committee in 2023 and 2025. During her time at the University of Adelaide, she also volunteered on the Social Justice and Equity Committee, where she organised panel discussions and fundraising activities.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Simplified), Lin is committed to making legal advice accessible and providing practical, clear guidance to people from diverse backgrounds.
